cpm will build the new Civic Center of the Guardia of Sant Vicenç dels Horts. The new municipal equipment will be located in the Plaça de la Pau of Sant Vicenç dels Horts and is driven by the City Council of this town and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona. The project, the work of Blanca Noguera Pujol-Xicoy, involves a period of execution of the works of 10 months and includes the construction of two buildings, a civic center and sports equipment, in addition to the adequacy of the surrounding green areas.
The new Civic Center will contain a classroom, a multipurpose room, a gymnastics room, a ping-pong room and various changing rooms. The project budget exceeds one million euros and cpm will start immediately in implementation.
The offer presented by cpm has won in the public competition convened by the City Council of Sant Vicenç dels Horts both for its economic competitiveness and for the socially responsible contributions that it included, in particular, contemplating the hiring of persons with disabilities and special employment centres for the performance of work.
