The intervention focuses on various spaces located in the underground floor and in the technical rooms of the Casa Pere Company, a modernist building work, of Puig i Cadafalch that was built in 1911 and which is housing the Museum and Sports Studies Center Doctor Melcior Colet.
The Catalan Institute of Suelo (INCASOL) has been the public organization in charge of awarding to cpm the project to adapt the different spaces for the improvement of the historic construction.
Over the last few years cpm has carried out various works in historic protected buildings, such as the Palau de Justicia in Barcelona, various pavilions of the modernist site of the Hospital de Sant Pau or the cooperative celler in the town of Pinell de Brai, in Tarragona
