The City Council of Barcelona, through the public company Barcelona de Serveis Municipals, S.A., has awarded cpm new construction projects in different habitats in the Zoo of the Catalan capital.
In particular, cpm will reform two important areas of the park. The first one is the picnic area to adapt it to the zoo’s new hostelry and catering plan. The second one is the ‘Green’ space.
With these new awards, cpm expands the number of ongoing projects at the Barcelona Zoo after having reformed other spaces such as the management building, the improvement of the supportive boundaries and naturalization of the facilities of the impalas, prairie dogs and red pandas, the improvement of the children’s classrooms of the farm, the works to improve the accessibility for the caretakers in the access to several facilities as well as the adaptation of the new habitat for the guanacos.
