The City of Vilassar de Mar has awarded to cpm the refurbishment works of the gym located in the Pérez Sala school, as its offer is the most economically and technically advantageous.
The building was built about 20 years ago and with the use of the facility its state required an urgent intervention to adapt, among other issues, access for people with reduced mobility, air conditioning or thermal insulation.
With the intervention that will take place cpm soon in this sport facility, the gym will be enabled both for school students and for the different sports clubs that make use of it.
Recently, cpm also carried out the integral rehabilitation of the façade of the Nautical School in Vilassar, a building protected by its heritage value.
