CPM WILL BUILD  AND EXPLODE THE NEW  STUDENT RESIDENCE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BARCELONA (UB)

The bid offer submitted by CPM-ARCADI PLA has been awarded  with the project of the University of Barcelona (UB) to equip its “Bellvitge campus” with a new university residence.

The new facility will serve both students and teachers even the families of patients in the nearest hospital.

The constructions will begin in the coming months and will equip the municipality of L’Hospitalet  with a new infrastructure that will strengthen its health campus.

In addition  the campus will have  the capacity for more than 100 seats distributed in single and double rooms for people with disabilities. The residence will be distributed in two buildings of 4 and 7 floors.
