cpm will rehabilitate the Salvador Espriu School in Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Barcelona)

Facades, bathrooms, installations and modernization of various elements are the main actions that cpm will carry out at the Salvador Espriu School in Sant Feliu de Llobregat.

The works, awarded in a public competition, are a new project for cpm, after obtaining the contract for the expansion of the Europa Park, also in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, the adaptation of two buildings in the Port of Barcelona or painting works in a municipal parking place in Barcelona.

The school Salvador Espriu is built on a plot of 8,091.00 m2, while the building is dedicated to teaching; it has a semi-basement floor, ground floor and first floor, which are occupying about 4,000 m2.
