With the assistance of more than 600 neighbors, the City Council of Lliçà d’Amunt has officially inaugurated a new municipal infrastructure that will serve the elderly of the town. This is the new Casal de la Gent Gran in Palaudàries, a project executed by cpm, and which has been inaugurated by its mayor, Ignasi Simón.
The architectural firm responsible for drafting the project, Codina Prats Valls i Arquitectes Associats, has prioritized the use of natural materials to achieve a perfect integration of the building in its environment together with high energy efficiency.
The new municipal facility has a ground floor, lobby, a large multipurpose room, kitchen, storage and a large outdoor terrace, as well as other services such as the hairdressing and aesthetics area and administrative offices.
