The adaptation of the Joan Cortada square in Barcelona, a new project for cpm

Barcelona City Council has awarded to cpm the adequacy and development works of the Joan Cortada square in Barcelona, as well as the correction of the pathologies of the underground parking located underneath it.

The intervention will begin immediately and will focus both on the underground garage dating from 1988 and on the final ordering of the street furniture and pavement of the square, which recently registered a superficial intervention on the part of the maintenance services of the District of Horta-Guinardó. In addition, it is worth mentioning the creation of a new children’s play area as the central axis of the works.

After this new awarding, cpm adds to its portfolio a new urbanization project for public spaces following the commissioning of the María Luisa park development (Ametlla del Vallès) and the Europa park (Sant Feliu de Llobregat).
