The INCASÒL (Institut Català del Sol) has awarded to cpm the second phase of the refurbishment project of the Colet Museum, a Puig i Cadafalch building that was built in 1911 and that houses the Museum and Sports Studies Center Doctor Melcior Colet .
The offer presented by cpm has been chosen as the most advantageous by INCASÒL and the works will begin throughout the next weeks. It is the circumstance that cpm executed the rehabilitation works of the same building in its first phase.
In this way, cpm extends its portfolio in the execution of projects for the rehabilitation of historic buildings, among which the modernist historic site of the Hospital de Sant Pau or the agricultural cooperative of Pinell de Brai stand out among many others.
