The Private Foundation of the Hospital of Santa Creu i Sant Pau has presented in public competition the service of conservation, maintenance and repair of the civil works for the set of pavilions and urbanization of the Sant Pau site in Barcelona.
cpm has been the winner of the abovementioned contest, which is valid for two years, which can be extended to two years, by obtaining the maximum score for presenting the most advantageous conditions for the Foundation. The contest awarded to cpm is divided into several areas such as the repair and maintenance of roofs, locksmith work, masonry and façade covering.
The business classification that cpm has generated in its more than 20 years of history allows it to work in protected historic buildings such as the modernist pavilions of the Hospital de Sant Pau or in other similar infrastructures such as the Palace of Justice of Barcelona , built between 1887 and 1908 on the Passeig de Lluís Companys in Barcelona, where cpm recently carried out various maintenance and adaptation works.
