The works, which were awarded to cpm in public auction will focus on the redefinition of the interior spaces of the neighbourhood center, thus improving its operation and operational capacity. In particular, the interior finishes of the infrastructure, voice and data systems and the air conditioning system will be modernized.
The works will have an execution time of 6 months and the project will be the work of Isidre Viñas i Llebot, the municipal architect Head of the Projects Department of the municipality of Sant Feliu de Llobregat. The neighborhood center ‘Falguera’ occupies part of the ground floor of a residential building in the Plaza Rafael Alberti in Sant Feliu and shares space with the Casal de la Gent Gran Falguera and the neighbourhood association of the zone.
This award is an addition to the other actions for the City Council of Sant Feliu, such as the expansion of the Europa park or the remodelling of the Salvador Espriu School.
