CPM has been selected by the government of Qatar which, through its company Katara Hospitality, is going to completely reform and expand a 5 star luxury hotel in the Moroccan city of Tangier. Katara Hospitality, with more than 45 years of experience in the sector, has hotel assets in Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Holland, Singapore and Thailand. The work will focus on the rehabilitation, renovation and extension of the Tazi Palace Hotel, with 133 rooms – 117 standard rooms, 12 junior suites, 2 penthouse suits, 1 VIP suite and 1 Royal suite – and a large spa area .
