CPM will soon begin the rehabilitation and adaptation of the Pine Beach residential complex of Gavà. A historical urbanization of the area of the Baix Llobregat, that counts on several residential buildings, infantile zones, swimming pools and a wide green zone in front of the sea.
The buildings, which are designed in the decade of the 60s, based on the Bahaus tendency under the rationalist tendency advocated by the movement Bauhaus, harbor a total of 272 apartments of different typology. The closeness to the sea has accelerated the degradation of some elements, that CPM will focus it’s works. Specifically on the repair of the balconies, the rehabilitation of the facades and the strengthening of the building’s reinforced.
The works will last approximately three months. It is the circumstance that CPM has also recently rehabilitated the façades of several buildings on Avenida Joan Carles I de Gavà conformed in an neighbor’s community.
