6 Perpinyà Square Granollers, in the pedestrian zone of this catalan town, is the location of a new and relevant cpm project. This is the construction of a residential building that will have eight apartments, two of them duplexes, and commercial spaces, all commercialized for sale and rent.
This is a project of the renowned architect Josep Maria Botey, author among other initiatives of the Granollers Museum and the Auditorium Theater located in the same city. Botey has highlighted the integration of the new building in the Square thanks to its light enclosures and sliding shutters that will endow the building with a set of changing shapes.
The works have been scheduled to last approximately 12 months and are being carried out in strict compliance with all the recommendations and provisions of the health authorities regarding COVID-19.
