cpm will build a new residential development in Granollers

The building will have 8 premium homes and underground parking spaces in the centre of Granollers. The building is located a few minutes from the suburban train station.

The apartments will be used for sale. Two of the apartments will be duplex. They have ducted air conditioning (hot and cold), natural wood veneer interior carpentry, aluminium exterior carpentry with thermal bridge, equipped kitchen, facing south and parquet floors.

This new development will start its construction shortly and joins the one that cpm has also started in the Perpinyà Square in the same Catalan town.
