The Barcelonian township of Lliçà d’Amunt will have a new civic center for the elderly people that it will be constructed by cpm. The new edifice will be located in the neighbourhood of Palaudàries and it would be offering services for the senior people of the town, both in the welfare and leisure areas.
The new construction will be of a single plant and will have several multipurpose rooms, kitchen, storage rooms, hairdressing, offices and outdoor barbecue. The structure of the building will be with wooden supporting walls and the exterior facade of solid wood. Throughout the construction process, will be used materials and facilities that obtain the energy rating A for the center.
The construction work of the new center, will begin in early 2018 and will last approximately for 10 months.
